Sales Manager – Order Management & Business Growth

About the role

The Sales Manager will drive sales performance by overseeing order management, demand forecasting, inventory planning, and customer relationships. Working closely with the U.S. Sales Subsidiary, Global Operations Center and internal teams, the role ensures on‑time order fulfillment, profitability and supports business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end order processing, coordinate with subsidiaries and update the Order Management System.
• Develop production, shipment and delivery plans to guarantee accurate fulfillment.
• Monitor sales performance, inventory levels and produce regular analysis reports.
• Conduct demand forecasting, cost analysis and support pricing decisions for new products.
• Coordinate cross‑functional activities with Production, Quality, Engineering, Purchasing, Logistics and Sales.
• Lead regular business review meetings with the U.S. Sales Subsidiary.
• Identify and implement continuous process improvements.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational and sales reports.
• Coach and develop team members through training and performance feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a related field.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Proven experience in sales planning, order management and cross‑functional coordination.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
