About the role
The Sales Logistics Supervisor will lead the sales team in Phnom Penh, ensuring sales targets are met while communicating with Chinese‑speaking clients and supporting customer retention.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily sales activities and monitor performance against targets.
- Communicate with Chinese‑speaking clients, handle inquiries, negotiate terms and maintain relationships.
- Prepare sales reports and coordinate with operations and customer service teams.
- Provide training, coaching and guidance to sales staff.
Required profile
- Strong team management and training abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Analytical skills for interpreting sales data and trends.
- Fluency in Chinese (spoken and written) and good English; Khmer is a plus.
- Experience in sales, logistics or transportation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics or related field is advantageous.
