Sales Coordinator

About the role

The Sales Coordinator supports the Sales & Marketing Department of Park Hyatt Siem Reap, ensuring smooth daily operations and high‑quality service for internal and external stakeholders. This role combines customer‑facing duties with extensive administrative support for the Division Head.

Key responsibilities

• Provide courteous service to employees, guests and visitors, handling enquiries and escalating issues when needed.
• Maintain and organise both physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring quick retrieval of contracts, financial documents and correspondence.
• Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, draft letters and manage outgoing/incoming mail and courier services.
• Schedule appointments, manage travel authorisation forms and coordinate daily calendars for the Director of Sales & Marketing.
• Handle stationery requisitions, update employee leave and attendance records, and assist with payroll documentation.
• Support the preparation of the Annual Business Plan, monthly sales reports and renewal of sales contracts.
• Monitor utility and payroll costs to improve productivity and cost efficiency.
