Safety, Health & Environment Supervisor (Cambodian candidates)

About the role

The Safety, Health & Environment Supervisor will work full‑time on‑site at our cement plant in Kampot Province. The role ensures daily compliance with safety, health and environmental standards, conducts inspections and drives continuous improvement of occupational safety culture.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor workplace conditions and verify compliance with internal policies and Cambodian regulations.
• Conduct regular safety, health and environmental inspections and audits.
• Lead incident and accident investigations, identify root causes and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop, implement and maintain EHS procedures, policies and documentation.
• Coordinate training and awareness programmes for all staff levels.
• Prepare accurate records, reports and performance metrics for management review.
• Collaborate with operational teams to promote a strong safety culture and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Cambodian national with a relevant bachelor’s degree (Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering or related) or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience applying health, safety and occupational health practices in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with Cambodian safety, health and environmental regulations and industry standards.
• Strong communication, reporting and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Ability to work on‑site in a heavy‑industrial setting and manage multiple priorities.
