Quality Operation Specialist

Key responsibilities

• Based on the DSTE (from Strategy to Execution) process, support strategic planning and strategy decomposition, responsible for efficient strategic execution and effective implementation, promoting the achievement of SP (Strategic Planning) / BP (Business Plan) goals.
• Support the operation of the Platform CFO operational system within the representative office, planning, executing, managing, and optimizing operational performance to continuously improve efficiency and align with customer value and business strategy.
• Support ST and other relevant meetings, drive implementation of related work, focusing on key work, topics, and tasks in the Business Group / representative office, and manage process and risks.
• Timely and effectively complete key tasks assigned by the supervisor, such as major annual events of the representative office and special projects required by the group.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or above in a related field.
• Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Familiarity with the DSTE process, LTC (Lead to Cash) / SD (Sales and Delivery) management systems, and corporate governance structures.
• Knowledge of methodologies from strategy to execution, such as strategic decomposition, key task management, Top N management, and KPI management.
• Prior experience in operations and project delivery is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, coordination, and driving capabilities, with good cross‑departmental collaboration skills.
• Practical experience in sales business management and digital platform aspects is preferred.
