Product Growth & GTM Manager – Bonds

About the role

The Product Growth & GTM Manager for bond products will lead the commercialization, adoption and market expansion of investment and wealth‑management solutions. You will work closely with product owners, digital teams and sales to ensure successful launches and sustained revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners and business stakeholders to enhance bond investment and wealth‑management products.
• Conduct customer, competitor and market research to uncover growth opportunities.
• Translate market insights into product requirements and commercialization recommendations.
• Support product testing, pilot programs, customer validation and launch readiness activities.
• Partner with Digital and Technology teams to improve customer journeys and product adoption.
• Develop sales enablement strategies, including toolkits, scripts, FAQs and training materials.
• Identify growth opportunities, target segments and cross‑selling initiatives with Sales teams.
• Design and execute go‑to‑market plans for new product launches and feature releases.
• Create segmented communication strategies for retail, affluent and premium customer groups.
• Manage multi‑channel campaign execution across digital, social, events and partnership channels.
• Lead customer education programs, webinars, workshops and roadshows to increase product awareness.
• Track key growth metrics such as acquisition, activation, retention, adoption and revenue contribution.
