Product Execution Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Product Execution Supervisor to plan, coordinate and implement digital product projects within budget, timeline and scope. The role works closely with the manager and cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and clear communication with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the manager to define project timelines and milestones.
• Monitor project deliverables, track progress and report status to the manager and relevant stakeholders.
• Organise onboarding and internal team meetings to clarify roles, scope and schedules.
• Take meeting notes, assign tasks and follow up to ensure timely completion.
• Create and maintain project tools such as editorial calendars.
• Prepare documentation including user requirements, functional/technical specifications, UAT scripts and training materials.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in digital product management or a similar role.
• Strong analytical, prioritisation and negotiation abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for building great products.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
• Professional demeanor and ability to handle complaints.
