Product Developer (Footwear) – Cambodia

About the role

We are seeking a Product Developer specialized in footwear to join our global product creation team. The role will guide projects from initial design concepts through development milestones to full commercialization, ensuring that each product meets high standards of quality, functionality and market appeal.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams worldwide to drive product development from design to launch.
• Review and analyse design packs, confirming they are ready for factory production.
• Manage the sample process, including clear sample requests, product teardowns, and documentation of revisions.
• Identify and resolve issues in technical design packages related to construction, materials, fit, wear or cost before hand‑off.
• Propose improvements to construction, materials and components to enhance functionality, aesthetics, durability and fit.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced, international environment.
• Excellent communication skills for documenting and conveying revisions.
• Proficiency in Chinese or Khmer (Cambodian) language.
