Product Ambassador

About the role

The Product Ambassador brings DKSH's FMCG brands to life at the point of sale in Cambodia, creating meaningful connections between products and customers through demonstrations and storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and clear explanations to drive consumer interest and purchase decisions.
• Distribute samples, coupons, brochures and promotional incentives to attract and convert customers.
• Design and set up visually appealing merchandise displays and demonstration areas.
• Conduct product research and competitor analysis to ensure informed brand representation.
• Represent DKSH's brands at trade shows, retail stores and community events.
• Record and report feedback, observations and customer questions to support continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with store managers on promotional activities and support the management of promotional items.

Required profile

• Diploma or certificate in any discipline.
• Minimum one year of experience in the FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of clients' industry, business and product portfolios.
• Basic customer management skills with a focus on engagement and satisfaction.
• Fluency in the local language; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities, especially in cross‑cultural interactions.
