Procurement Specialist – Chinese Speaking

About the role

The company is looking for a full‑time Procurement Specialist who can work on‑site in Phnom Penh and communicate fluently in Chinese and English (Khmer is a plus). The role focuses on sourcing, supplier management and contract negotiation to ensure reliable supply for the business.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and select suppliers, negotiating pricing and contract terms.
• Prepare and manage purchase orders, track deliveries and maintain accurate procurement records.
• Coordinate with finance, operations and logistics teams to align material and service requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance, resolve delivery or quality issues and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support inventory planning and cost‑optimization initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong procurement and sourcing experience, preferably in trading, manufacturing or distribution.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
• Demonstrated reliability, ethical conduct and ability to work on‑site full‑time.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
