Process Automation Officer

About the role

The Process Automation Officer will identify, design and implement automation solutions to boost operational efficiency and streamline business processes. Working closely with senior team members, the role involves analysing current workflows, spotting automation opportunities and delivering solutions using RPA and workflow management tools.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain process automation solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend suitable automation tools and technologies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business requirements and automate manual processes.
• Design and code automation workflows using appropriate tools.
• Monitor automated processes for performance, making adjustments as needed.
• Document workflows, guidelines and provide technical support to users.
• Provide regular updates on project status, benefits realised and lessons learned.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience with programming languages such as Python, Java or C#.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Ability to analyse business processes, identify automation opportunities and develop solutions.
• Willingness to learn new technologies, tools and programming languages.
