Operations Manager – Logistics & Procurement

About the role

The Operations Manager will lead and optimise daily import/export and logistics activities, ensuring high service quality, compliance and continuous improvement. This role also drives procurement negotiations, builds overseas partnerships and supports business growth across trade lanes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily import/export and logistics operations, monitor KPIs and implement process enhancements.
• Negotiate rates and service terms with shipping lines, co‑loaders, trucking firms, depots and other vendors.
• Lead and develop the operations team, resolve critical issues and collaborate with sales and pricing to deliver competitive solutions.
• Establish and nurture relationships with overseas offices, agents and partners, identifying new trade‑lane opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business or related field.
• 8+ years of operations experience, including supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
• Proven experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation or supply chain management.
• Fluent in English and Khmer.
