Operations Manager

About the role

The Operations Manager will lead all day‑to‑day activities at client sites, including central kitchens, dining facilities and beverage stations. Reporting directly to the Board, the role ensures seamless service delivery, financial performance and compliance with food‑safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee site operations, front‑of‑house flow, facility maintenance and client relations.
• Serve as the primary daily contact for client representatives and facility managers.
• Supervise Front‑of‑House staff, monitor sales, traffic flow and brand presentation.
• Provide leadership, shift scheduling and HR functions for a team of ~20 operational staff.
• Manage site budgets, utility schedules, expense tracking and daily revenue collection.
• Ensure food‑safety compliance, guest feedback resolution and consistent service quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing operational teams in a catering or food‑service environment.
• Ability to handle client relations and resolve service issues promptly.
• Strong leadership and team‑alignment skills aligned with corporate culture.
• Experience with budget control, expense tracking and financial reconciliation.
