About the role
The Operation Director will shape and execute the company’s operational strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth targets. This senior leader will mentor department heads and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and budgeting processes.
- Lead the integrated S&OP process, coordinating sales forecasts, procurement, inventory, and logistics.
- Ensure consistent application of policies across all departments and maintain full HSE compliance.
- Oversee daily departmental activities, financial measurement, inventory control, and budget management.
- Champion digital transformation projects to automate processes and improve supply‑chain data visibility.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field (MBA preferred).
- At least 10 years of experience in business management or related functions.
- Highly collaborative leadership style with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, respond quickly to changing situations, and present information clearly.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
