Officer – Recruitment, Administration, Procurement & Sales

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Phnom Penh offers officer roles across recruitment, administration, procurement and sales within a rapidly growing cement manufacturer. The successful candidates will support daily operations, contribute to talent acquisition, manage supplier and customer interactions, and help drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end hiring activities: draft job descriptions, source candidates, coordinate interviews and assist with onboarding.
• Handle office operations including documentation, record keeping, internal communications and logistical coordination.
• Assist procurement processes by sourcing materials, managing supplier relationships, preparing purchase orders and tracking deliveries.
• Maintain customer relationships, prepare sales proposals, support order processing and coordinate with internal teams to fulfil client needs.
• Collaborate across departments, ensure accurate record‑keeping, uphold company policies and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with colleagues, suppliers and customers.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accuracy and confidentiality, and work on‑site in Phnom Penh.
• Proficiency in MS Office and solid written and verbal communication in English and Khmer.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management or a related field is preferred.
