About the role
The Finance Nostro Reconciliation Officer is responsible for daily reconciliation of ATM, IMT, Nostro, interbank, Bakong and teller transactions, as well as monitoring cash flow and processing top‑ups and adjustments.
Key responsibilities
- Complete daily ATM reconciliation and investigate discrepancies within 24 hours.
- Reconcile IMT and Nostro transactions by cut‑off time and coordinate with supervisors and external partners.
- Reconcile interbank transfers, Bakong, cash & credit reports, and teller branch accounts, preparing daily reports.
- Monitor daily bank balances and cash positions, escalating anomalies.
- Process customer, partner, payroll and dispute adjustment top‑ups accurately within SLA.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in reconciliation, finance operations, settlement or banking operations.
Required skills
- Good understanding of reconciliation processes, financial transaction flows, GL structures and error handling.
- Knowledge of banking systems, core banking reports and operational fund flow structures.
