Medical Strategist Manager

About the role

The Medical Strategist Manager will lead the development and execution of medical strategies that build brand trust and position products as the preferred choice among healthcare professionals. This senior role combines scientific insight, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership to drive impactful medical initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Translate scientific insights into actionable medical strategies and manage relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) to establish the brand as the "Brand of First Choice".
• Lead and develop the medical team, overseeing daily operations, balancing workloads, and creating clear career development pathways.
• Oversee budget efficiency, ensure alignment with team tour plans, and implement medical channel marketing activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and successful execution of medical initiatives.

Required profile

• 5–8+ years of experience in Medical Affairs, Medical Marketing, Healthcare, Nutrition, Pharma, or FMCG Healthcare.
• Proven experience working directly with HCPs and a track record in strategic planning, medical education, or stakeholder engagement.
• Demonstrated leadership ability with strong commercial acumen and analytical decision‑making skills.
