Medical Sales Representative

About the role

The Medical Sales Representative is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Phnom Penh, responsible for promoting and selling the company’s medical products to healthcare professionals such as physicians, pharmacists and clinic staff.

Key responsibilities

• Visit healthcare facilities to present product information and conduct demonstrations.
• Respond to customer inquiries, build and maintain strong relationships, and follow up on leads.
• Negotiate orders within company guidelines and ensure timely reporting on sales activities and market feedback.
• Stay informed about relevant medical and product knowledge, attend training sessions, and collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs.

Required profile

• Proven medical sales experience with the ability to promote and sell medical or pharmaceutical products.
• Foundational knowledge in medicine or pharmacy to understand product benefits, indications and safety information.
• Ability to work on‑site in Phnom Penh, manage field visits and independently organise schedules and territories.
• Relevant education in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine or a related field; prior experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales is an advantage.
