Marketing & Website Officer

About the role

The Marketing & Website Officer will support the Marketing & Communications team by creating engaging digital content, designing user‑friendly website interfaces, and promoting the company’s products and services across online channels. This role combines marketing strategy with UI/UX design to enhance brand visibility and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design intuitive website interfaces, create wireframes, user flows and mockups, and ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
• Produce visually engaging graphics for websites, portals and digital platforms, and recommend usability and accessibility improvements.
• Optimize website and social media content for search engines to improve ranking and visibility.
• Manage marketing databases, contact lists, budgets, invoices and track expenses to keep departmental operations smooth.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing projects, social media campaigns and promotional events, including ordering items and coordinating with vendors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in marketing or a similar role.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong skills in Figma or Adobe XD for UI/UX design.
• Good understanding of typography, colour theory, layout and responsive, mobile‑first design.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing campaigns.
