Marketing Executive

About the role

EFG, a regional food and beverage group headquartered in Phnom Penh, is looking for a Marketing Executive to implement its yearly omni‑channel Marketing Communication Plan for its portfolio of food‑chain brands. The role will support brand visibility, store‑level promotions, and regional brand development across Cambodia.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the annual Marketing Communication Plan within budget, ensuring omni‑channel consistency.
• Coordinate store‑level promotional activities such as staff briefings, leaflet distribution, banner hanging, and poster placement.
• Conduct competitor advertising surveys, consumer research, and analyse campaign performance.
• Liaise with franchisors’ marketing teams to adapt programs for the Cambodian market.
• Work with graphic designers, production houses, and external agencies to produce high‑quality, cost‑effective marketing materials.
• Manage media relations to secure timely and positive coverage, monitoring media placements.
• Maintain records of marketing communications, expenses, and competitor activities.
• Organise sponsorship events, press launches, trade shows, and other public activities.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Head of Brand to develop Local Store Marketing programs.
• Oversee multimedia content production, social‑media campaigns, and performance monitoring.
• Write and proofread copy for online and print campaigns.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time‑management abilities.
• Creative mindset with commercial awareness.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Familiarity with social‑media platforms and basic analytics.
