About the role

This fully remote, hourly‑paid contractor position involves reviewing AI‑generated content, evaluating reasoning quality, and providing expert feedback to ensure outputs are accurate, logical, and clearly explained. You will apply senior‑level Mandarin localization judgment together with strong English proficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI training content by creating detailed prompts and responses across diverse topics.
• Evaluate, rank, and compare AI responses for correctness, clarity, and reasoning quality.
• Test AI models for inaccuracies or biases and validate reliability across use cases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Translation, Linguistics, Localization, Communications, or related field.
• Native or near‑native Mandarin proficiency and minimum C1 English reading/writing skills.
• 5+ years of professional localization/translation experience, preferably multilingual.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAT tools, translation memory, termbases, and automated quality checks.
• Experience applying MQM/LQA concepts (severity, category, root‑cause analysis).
• Strong editorial judgment for register, tone, inclusivity, and cultural nuance.
