Maintenance Supervisor, QA Engineer & Chemical Engineer

About the role

Chip Mong Insee Cement Corporation is hiring for three full‑time, on‑site positions in Kampot Province: Maintenance Supervisor, Quality Assurance Engineer and Chemical Engineer. Each role supports safe plant operations, continuous improvement and cross‑department communication.

Key responsibilities

• Maintenance Supervisor: oversee equipment reliability, coordinate maintenance teams, organise preventive maintenance programmes and ensure safe, efficient repairs.
• Quality Assurance Engineer: monitor product quality, implement and audit quality standards, analyse test data and work with production to resolve deviations.
• Chemical Engineer: design and optimise processes, monitor raw‑material usage, support product formulation and improve efficiency and environmental performance.

Required profile

• Strong supervisory or team‑leadership experience in maintenance or engineering.
• Hands‑on experience with equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance planning and execution in an industrial setting.
• Technical degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of cement manufacturing processes and industrial safety standards is an advantage.
