Maintenance Manager (Manufacturing)

About the role

The Maintenance Manager will lead the upkeep of all manufacturing equipment, ensuring reliable operation of pneumatic, hydraulic and PLC‑controlled systems. You will coordinate maintenance planning, reporting and supplier interaction to keep production running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and maintain pneumatic, hydraulic and PLC systems.
• Prepare daily and weekly maintenance reports and meeting minutes.
• Schedule and plan preventive maintenance for all machines, including overhead cranes.
• Diagnose and resolve machine errors and breakdowns.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for repairs and services.

Required profile

• Minimum degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling and interpretation of architectural/structural drawings.
• Patient, self‑confident and proactive with excellent English communication skills.
