IT Support Senior Associate (Cambodia)

About the role

The IT Support Senior Associate provides daily technical support to end‑users, ensuring hardware and software are deployed, configured and maintained efficiently. Working under minimal supervision, the role collaborates with supervisors to prioritize tasks and delivers after‑hours assistance for escalated incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and configure hardware and software for new hires and departing employees.
• Provide incident resolution for end‑user hardware, software, and mobile devices.
• Perform asset management activities including procurement, inventory tracking and distribution.
• Support off‑site events, office moves, build‑outs and act as “remote hands” for telecommunications and hosting services.
• Identify trends in technical problems and propose preventive measures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• 2‑4 years of experience in end‑user technology support.
• Cambodian citizenship.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
