About the role
The IT Business Partner will lead the technology and capability agenda for Cambodia and Laos and drive the digital agenda for supply chain and customer operations within the 1UL APAC SLMCL Cluster.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic Digital & Technology Business Partner for Cambodia and Laos, aligning technology investments with business priorities.
- Ensure reliable, secure and high‑performing technology services, acting as senior escalation point for critical incidents.
- Lead market cyber‑security engagement, coordinating audit, risk, control and business continuity activities.
- Accelerate adoption of digital, data and AI capabilities to improve business performance and employee experience.
Required profile
- Strong business partnering capability with Sales, Finance and Supply Chain, translating priorities into technology, data and AI solutions.
- Expertise in business processes and experience in cyber‑security, risk management, compliance and business resilience.
- Understanding of ERP, WMS and TMS platforms and the software development life‑cycle.
