IT Audit Supervisor

About the role

The Information Technology Audit Supervisor leads risk‑based audit activities across the bank’s IT environment, providing independent assurance on governance, controls, security and technology risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute audits covering IT governance, infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, access management, and system development.
• Assess IT General Controls such as access, change, backup/recovery, incident management, and business continuity.
• Identify control gaps, document findings, and recommend practical improvements.
• Coordinate with Cybersecurity, Risk Management, Compliance and IT teams throughout the audit lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT audit, IT risk, cybersecurity or IT governance, preferably in a financial institution.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and communication skills.

Required skills

• IT General Controls (access, privileged access, change management, backup/recovery, business continuity).
• Application controls, data integrity, transaction processing.
• Operating systems: Windows, Linux/Unix.
• Database concepts and administration.
• APIs, system integrations, cloud computing and cloud security.
• Cybersecurity principles, vulnerability and patch management, data protection.
