Internal Auditor – Credit

About the role

The Internal Auditor – Credit is responsible for validating credit file information, conducting onsite visits and interviews, and ensuring audit documentation complies with internal standards. The role supports operational efficiency improvements and tracks corrective actions to resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Validate information and documentation of credit files.
• Perform onsite visits and interviews based on credit files.
• Complete audit working papers according to the internal audit manual and program.
• Assist in evaluating operational efficiencies and recommending improvements.
• Follow up on implementation progress and manage audit issue resolution.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate encouraged or up to 1 year experience in internal audit or credit assessment, preferably in a bank or MFIs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good analytical ability and teamwork orientation.
• Willingness to travel to provinces as required.
