Head of Treasury Application Support

About the role

As the Head of Treasury Application Support, you will lead a specialised team that maintains critical treasury applications for a leading Cambodian bank. The role ensures system stability, availability and regulatory compliance for trading, liquidity management and securities activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Treasury Application Support team, defining roles, segregation of duties and ensuring compliance with internal policies and NBC regulations.
• Maintain availability, stability and controlled operation of treasury applications supporting trading, liquidity, funding and securities.
• Act as primary escalation point for treasury‑related incidents, driving root‑cause analysis and reporting to Technology, Risk and Treasury management.
• Maintain auditable records of incidents, problems and changes in Jira and Confluence in line with bank policies.
• Enforce change‑management, release‑control and privileged access procedures, including approvals.
• Coordinate testing activities (UAT, regression) and ensure documentation for audit and regulatory review.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Risk, Compliance and Internal Audit to support examinations and internal control assessments.
• Ensure business continuity and operational resilience through incident response, fallback processes and disaster‑recovery testing.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years experience in IT Operations or Application Support, preferably in banking or treasury environments.
• Hands‑on experience with regulated financial institutions and exposure to audits and internal control frameworks.
• Strong understanding of treasury business processes and fixed‑income, money‑market, FX and securities products.
• Proven risk‑aware mindset with expertise in incident, change and access management.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Fluent English communication for regulators, auditors and senior management.
