Head of ICT

About the role

The Head of ICT will lead all Information and Communication Technology operations across NTC Group’s schools and training centers, ensuring reliable, secure and efficient systems that support teaching, learning and administration.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee ICT infrastructure, networks, servers, hardware and cloud/virtual environments for multiple campuses.
• Plan, execute and monitor ICT projects, aligning solutions with organisational goals and budget.
• Develop and enforce ICT policies, standards and service‑delivery processes.
• Manage vendors, external service providers and the internal ICT team.
• Ensure data security, regulatory compliance and provide training to staff on technology use.

Required profile

• Proven IT management experience with multi‑site operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in the education sector or similar multi‑campus environment is a plus.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills in English and Khmer.

Required skills

• Systems and network administration.
• Infrastructure management (servers, hardware, cloud, virtualization).
• IT Service Management practices (incident, change, problem management).
• Project management for ICT initiatives.
