Head of Digital Marketing – Cambodia & Myanmar Hub

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Digital Marketing for the Cambodia & Myanmar hub to lead all digital channels, campaigns, performance marketing and technology initiatives. The role ensures digital activities align with business priorities, brand direction, customer needs and sales growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee digital marketing strategies across owned, paid and social channels to drive brand awareness, engagement and lead generation.
• Manage and optimise digital touchpoints including websites, social media, search, email, messaging platforms and emerging digital tools.
• Plan, execute, monitor and optimise digital campaigns for brand, product, agency recruitment and retention initiatives.
• Drive lead generation for customers, agents and partners, collaborating with Sales, Product, IT and Operations to improve lead quality and conversion.
• Track and analyse campaign performance using KPIs such as reach, engagement, traffic, leads and conversion, providing insights and recommendations.
• Support development and adoption of digital tools such as calculators, chatbots, Telegram bots and other customer‑centric solutions.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing or related roles.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEO/SEM, HubSpot) are preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking with ability to translate business goals into digital plans.
• Proven leadership skills to guide and develop teams across multiple markets.
