Graphic Designer & UI/UX Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a versatile Graphic Designer with strong UI/UX skills to create compelling visual experiences for mobile (Flutter) and web applications. The role combines product design, brand development, and marketing visual creation, supporting bilingual layouts in Khmer and English.

Key responsibilities

• Design UI screens, in‑app assets, and reusable component libraries in Figma for mobile and web platforms.
• Produce icon sets, illustrations, and app‑store assets at required resolutions and densities.
• Hand off production‑ready files to developers with clear specifications for spacing, typography, and colour.
• Create and apply brand identity elements, including logos, colour systems, typography rules, and usage guidelines.
• Design marketing visuals for social media, campaigns, advertising, and print collateral such as banners, flyers, business cards, and signage.
• Build presentation and pitch decks for clients, partners, and government submissions.
• Produce motion graphics and short animated content for product and campaign use.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across all products and channels, keeping source files organised and accessible.
• Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback while managing multiple concurrent requests.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating a range of product UI, branding, and marketing work.
• Experience delivering assets to development teams, clients, and print shops.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑moving environment with shifting priorities.
• Strong organisational skills for file versioning and asset management.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, auto‑layout, shared libraries).
• Professional level use of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Motion and video capabilities with After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalent.
• Understanding of print specifications: bleed, CMYK, resolution, and file preparation.
• Solid grounding in typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Knowledge of mobile design constraints and Khmer typography.
