Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join the Marketing and Events teams of SORYA Center Point, a leading shopping centre in Phnom Penh. The role will support the visual communication of campaigns, promotions and mall activities across both print and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative designs for marketing campaigns, promotions, events and mall activities.
• Design marketing materials such as posters, banners, flyers, standees, brochures, vouchers, invitations and signage.
• Create visual content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and digital advertising.
• Prepare artwork for printing and digital publication, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Digital Marketing, Events, Leasing and other departments to understand design requirements.
• Revise designs based on feedback and maintain organized files of assets.
• Coordinate with external printing vendors to ensure quality standards.
• Stay updated on graphic design trends, social media formats and creative techniques.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Marketing or a related field.
• 1–3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in retail, shopping mall, F&B, events or advertising.
• Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, layout, colour and branding.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines and work collaboratively.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
• Knowledge of Canva.
• Familiarity with Premiere Pro and After Effects (advantage).
