Full Stack Flutter Developer Internship

About the role

TobSar is looking for a fast‑learning Full Stack Flutter Developer intern to join its AI sales‑agent platform team in Phnom Penh. You will work on real‑world mobile and backend products that help Cambodian merchants automate sales across messaging channels.

Key responsibilities

• Build and improve Flutter mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• Implement clean, responsive mobile UI.
• Integrate and work with REST APIs.
• Collaborate with backend developers on API design and integration.
• Contribute to backend features using Python/Django.
• Debug issues across frontend and backend.
• Improve performance, reliability, and user experience.
• Ship features that directly impact real merchants.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Flutter (projects or apps).
• Understanding of mobile UI and API integration.
• Basic experience with backend development in Python, Django, or similar.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and system architecture.
• Familiarity with Git version control.
• Access to a MacBook for iOS development and testing.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn fast and thrive in a startup environment.
• Currently studying or recently graduated in Computer Science or a related field.
