About the role
The Fleet Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of an 8‑ton flatbed truck fleet, ensuring efficient transportation, compliance, and vehicle maintenance within a warehouse environment.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor GPS reports and generate daily, weekly, monthly and annual transportation reports.
- Track toll road expenses, fuel consumption and produce related reports.
- Prepare monthly accident reports, manage driver expense claims and resolve traffic accident issues.
- Supervise workshop activities, vehicle repairs and coordinate parts procurement.
- Address daily transportation problems and support the Fleet Manager with additional tasks.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in fleet management.
- Strong knowledge of HS codes, Incoterms and trade compliance.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with standard fleet management software.
