Finance Manager

About the role

Baksey Media is seeking a Finance Manager to lead its financial planning, reporting and control functions. Based in Phnom Penh, this full‑time, on‑site position will ensure the company’s financial health and support its mission of empowering Cambodian businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow processes.
• Prepare accurate financial reports and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Analyze financial performance, identify cost‑optimization opportunities and advise leadership on strategy.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks and financial institutions.
• Implement and maintain financial policies, controls and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field; ACCA or CPA preferred.
• Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow management.
• Experience in media, technology or data‑driven organisations in Cambodia or the region is a plus.
• High integrity, accountability and a commitment to supporting Cambodian business growth.
