Finance Business Partnering Manager

About the role

The Manager, Finance Business Partnering is responsible for driving financial performance and supporting decision‑making for DKSH’s country Business Unit in Cambodia. The role ensures high‑quality reporting, budgeting, investment analysis and financial controls that enable strategic decisions at the country level.

Key responsibilities

• Manage departmental operating budgets and costs in line with annual allocations.
• Lead the annual target‑setting process, coordinate review timetables and prepare budget presentations for senior executives.
• Monitor and analyse monthly performance using CORE, Crystal and Prism, highlighting key issues and action items.
• Prepare and present the Business Unit’s monthly operations review to the Country Finance Manager.
• Provide financial information for contractual negotiations, profitability analysis, investment decisions and issue tracking.
• Deliver in‑depth analyses on advertising spend, working capital utilisation and cost development.
• Support strategic projects such as M&A due diligence, restructurings, disposals and joint‑venture negotiations.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives to streamline controlling processes using Lighthouse, CORE and MORE.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and Group Business Unit controllers to ensure consistent analytics and reporting.

Required profile

• Degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• 5‑8 years of experience in a similar role with country‑controlling exposure.
• 2‑3 years of managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles, including budgetary management.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP accounting applications (advantageous).
• Fluency in the local language; English proficiency is an advantage.
