Finance Accounting Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Accounting Manager to build and lead the finance, accounting, and operational control functions for our expanding office in Cambodia. You will partner closely with the Country Manager and operational leads to drive profitability and ensure robust financial governance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement accounting policies, ERP and e‑invoicing systems, and internal controls.
• Oversee general ledger, accounts receivable/payable, month‑end close, cash‑flow management and preparation of local and Group‑level financial statements.
• Monitor job profitability, billing accuracy, credit limits and collection, and address revenue leakage.
• Manage Cambodian tax compliance, including VAT, withholding tax, corporate tax, tax audits and transfer‑pricing documentation.
• Lead budgeting, variance analysis and cash‑flow forecasting to support strategic decision‑making.
• Recruit, train and manage a local finance team to sustain business growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 8+ years of finance and accounting experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Preferable experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation or supply‑chain environments.
• Strong knowledge of Cambodian accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Hands‑on, analytical mindset with excellent communication and leadership abilities.
