Finance & Account Executive

About the role

We are looking for a highly competent Finance & Account Executive to manage financial, accounting, tax compliance and HR administrative operations in Cambodia. The role is central to ensuring financial integrity, handling banking activities, full‑set corporate accounts and aligning operational reporting with the Head Office.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily payment plans, cash‑flow forecasts and perform bank reconciliations using MBC software.
• Handle full‑set accounting, including pre‑payments, asset depreciation, monthly journal entries and commercial adjustments.
• Prepare and file monthly and annual tax declarations and coordinate with the Head Office for statutory compliance.
• Lead inventory control, physical stock checks and periodic balance confirmations.
• Support HR functions such as talent acquisition proposals, attendance monitoring and monthly payroll processing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field; ACCA candidates preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in full‑set accounting, treasury operations or financial administration, preferably in distribution or trading.
• Strong analytical abilities, corporate budgeting knowledge and internal audit experience.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP accounting software.
• Proficiency in MBC banking/reconciliation software.
