About the role

The Executive, Event & Activation will lead end‑to‑end planning, execution and optimisation of marketing and communication initiatives. The role ensures brand consistency, drives demand and customer engagement, and supports overall business growth for an award‑winning property developer.

Key responsibilities

Manage venues, vendors, staging, transport and permits; maintain run‑sheets and checklists.
Coordinate on‑site setup, registration, program flow, teardown and video coverage.
Oversee production and delivery of event branding, POSM and giveaways with Channel and Design teams.
Compile attendance, participation and cost data into post‑event reports within agreed timelines.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality or related field.
Fluency in Khmer and good working English (written and spoken).
2+ years experience in event operations or trade activation; ability to travel provincially.
Strong organisational skills under pressure and meticulous run‑sheet discipline.
