Environmental Manager (Open for Expat/Local)

About the role

The Environmental Manager will lead the development and implementation of environmental initiatives across the Company’s integrated gaming and entertainment resort in Phnom Penh. This position works closely with operational teams to embed sustainability practices into daily workflows and supports the Company’s broader ESG objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and roll out environmental initiatives to meet corporate sustainability targets.
• Collaborate with department heads to integrate initiatives into standard operating procedures and monitor ongoing compliance.
• Produce case studies and data for sustainability reporting.
• Conduct site inspections, identify improvement opportunities, and manage corrective actions for environmental incidents.
• Maintain and verify environmental data, perform quality checks, and flag anomalies.
• Create communication materials and lead staff‑engagement programs to raise environmental awareness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in environmental, EHS or compliance roles.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Familiarity with Cambodian environmental regulations; ISO 14001 or ISO 50001 knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent English communication; Khmer proficiency preferred.
