Ecommerce Specialist

About the role

The Ecommerce Specialist will manage and optimise Dara Hotels Group’s online sales channels, including hotel booking platforms, brand websites and digital distribution partners. This full‑time, on‑site position in Phnom Penh focuses on driving revenue through effective rate management, content optimisation and data‑driven decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Update rates, inventory and promotional offers across all online booking platforms.
• Ensure accurate, appealing content and consistent branding on websites and partner sites.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse data and implement optimisation strategies to increase conversion and revenue.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and operations teams to launch campaigns and improve the online customer experience.
• Respond to online guest inquiries and support the reservation process.
• Track competitor activity and recommend enhancements to digital tools and strategies.

Required profile

• Strong e‑commerce and sales expertise with a focus on online booking channels.
• Solid analytical abilities to interpret performance data and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills for guest support and internal coordination.
• Familiarity with hospitality systems such as property management systems (PMS), channel managers and OTAs.
• Relevant experience in e‑commerce, revenue management or online distribution, preferably within hotels or tourism.
• Ability to work on‑site in Phnom Penh, manage multiple tasks and use spreadsheets and web‑based tools confidently.
• Post‑secondary education in business, marketing, hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
