About the role
You will lead the transformation of a major Cambodian enterprise into a data‑driven, AI‑enabled organization. Reporting directly to executive leadership, you will build and manage a multidisciplinary team covering data science, AI engineering and business intelligence.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the enterprise analytics and AI strategy.
- Build predictive models to improve customer retention, revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Lead enterprise‑wide AI transformation, including GenAI and agentic AI adoption.
- Establish data governance, business intelligence frameworks and executive reporting structures.
- Recruit, develop and mentor local analytics talent.
Required profile
- Extensive senior leadership experience in analytics, decision sciences or AI.
- Background in IT, telecommunications or other data‑intensive industries.
- Advanced degree in a quantitative field; PhD advantageous but not required.
