Digital Marketing Strategy Officer

About the role

The Digital Marketing Strategy Officer will design and execute online banking promotion programs, referral marketing initiatives, and digital campaigns to attract and retain customers.

Key responsibilities

• Create an online banking promotion program to attract customers and offer competitive solutions.
• Develop referral marketing to support growth of digital banking products and services.
• Plan, implement and monitor new campaigns associated with product launches.
• Manage day‑to‑day performance of digital marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate creative production with agency partners for marketing materials, mobile/social app content, and landing page optimization.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate in business, marketing or related field, or general digital marketing experience.
• Creative mindset for developing new digital marketing ideas, online promotions and referral programs.
• Proven track record of managing digital marketing projects for various clients.
• Good business sense and strong command of spoken and written English.
• Integrity, positive attitude, high commitment, competence and motivation.
• Willingness to travel to provincial branches.
