Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

Digital Marketing Executives play a key part in building brand awareness, engaging customers and driving sales for a beverage company in a competitive market. The role involves creating compelling content, managing social media communities and leveraging data‑driven insights to keep the brand relevant.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, ensuring brand relevance and audience engagement.
• Create monthly content for multiple platforms, including video shooting and short‑form editing for TikTok.
• Manage digital community interactions through comments, messages and mentions.
• Coordinate events, artist engagements, TVC production and live‑stream logistics.
• Collaborate with finance, sales, procurement and other departments to align marketing activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management or related areas.
• Ability to develop strategies that align with business goals and manage contracts with artists, KOLs and agencies.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and Twitter, including their advertising tools.
• Content writing, copywriting and storytelling for digital channels.
• Video shooting and editing for short‑form content.
