Customer Service Advisor

About the role

We’re hiring a Customer Service Advisor to join our Commercial division in Phnom Penh. The role is the friendly face of our front‑office operations, ensuring high customer satisfaction while handling inquiries and daily administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Manage front‑office cash collection, process customer requests (relocations, plan holds, etc.) via system, and resolve basic customer inquiries.
• Greet walk‑in customers, introduce company products/services, coordinate with internal teams, and prepare regular activity reports.
• Assist in training junior staff, serve as the first point of contact for complex queries, and lead by example during peak hours.
• Suggest workflow enhancements to speed up operations and stay up‑to‑date with product launches.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Customer Service, Cashiering, or a fast‑paced administrative environment.
• Good command of both Khmer and English, written and verbal.

Required skills

• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel).
• Familiarity with CRM or billing systems; IBS experience is a major plus.
