Customer Experience Manager - Lifestyle Vertical

About the role

Maersk is seeking a Customer Experience Manager for its Lifestyle Vertical to lead a team in delivering superior customer satisfaction. The role focuses on driving KPI performance, building strong client relationships, and improving operational and financial efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Drive team execution to meet or exceed KCXI, CSLS, and individual customer KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong rapport with key clients, identify upselling opportunities, and coach team members.
• Achieve productivity targets, optimize service delivery costs, and complete regular financial reviews.
• Conduct performance appraisals, create development plans, and manage workforce planning to ensure seamless service.
• Model company values, produce ad‑hoc business reports, and maintain high employee engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• Approximately 8 years of total experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven success in fast‑paced, global transport and logistics environments.
• Willingness to travel and work in an international, matrixed organization.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
