Customer Experience Manager - Lifestyle Vertical

About the role

The Customer Experience Manager for the Lifestyle vertical will lead a team to deliver high‑quality service, drive customer satisfaction and loyalty, and identify operational and financial improvements. The role works closely with internal stakeholders to optimise profitability and enhance employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Drive team execution to meet or exceed KPIs, KCXI targets and CSLS goals.
• Build strong relationships with key clients and internal partners, identifying upselling opportunities.
• Achieve productivity targets, optimise service delivery costs and complete regular financial reviews.
• Conduct performance appraisals, set personal development plans and manage workforce planning.
• Deliver ad‑hoc business reports and model company values consistently.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• Approximately 8 years of total experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven success in a fast‑paced, global transport and logistics environment.
• Willingness to travel as required and strong English communication skills.
