Credit & Operations Officer

About the role

DolFinn is building a digital lending platform in Cambodia and seeks a Credit & Operations Officer to support the end‑to‑end loan process. The role combines customer onboarding, KYC verification, credit assessment, collections, and support for sales and marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Guide customers through registration, verify identity, eligibility and supporting documents.
• Review loan applications, validate income, assess against DolFinn’s credit standards and recommend decisions.
• Send repayment reminders and conduct first‑line collections in line with fair‑collection policies.
• Respond to customer inquiries, follow up with applicants and communicate suitable loan offers.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, document requests, complaints and case files.
• Assist marketing by creating and publishing basic content that follows brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field; finance, accounting, economics or business is a plus.
• Fluent Khmer and working English for reading terms and documents.
• Comfortable with numbers, percentages, ratios and basic loan calculations.
• High integrity and discretion handling personal and financial information.
• Detail‑oriented, able to meet same‑day deadlines and willing to escalate uncertain cases.
• Strong communication skills, patience and a customer‑first mindset.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; no prior fintech, banking or credit experience required.

Required skills

• Basic spreadsheet proficiency (e.g., Excel).
