Creative Specialist

About the role

The Creative Specialist spearheads the conceptualization, production, and execution of high‑impact visual assets across two key brands. This role bridges global brand guidelines with local market relevance by delivering Khmer‑first multimedia content, supporting dealer retail enablement, and leading on‑ground visual activations from concept through installation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end creative development of digital artworks, video productions, and photo assets for two brand portfolios.
• Translate and adapt global marketing initiatives into culturally resonant Khmer‑first creative assets while maintaining brand integrity.
• Design standardized creative toolkits for distribution networks, including social post templates, localized digital banners, and POS materials.
• Create structural designs and graphic assets for events such as exhibition booths, pop‑ups, and brand activation backdrops.
• Develop 3D mockups and technical specifications for signage and physical banners; coordinate with suppliers to ensure production quality and on‑site installation.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and experience with commercial video/photo shoots.
• Hands‑on experience integrating generative AI tools into creative workflows.
• In‑depth knowledge of large‑format printing, material specifications and installation logistics.
• Proven ability to negotiate with print shops and production crews.
• Fluency in Khmer and professional working proficiency in English.
