Corporate Sales Executive

About the role

The Corporate Sales Executive will promote GH Group’s hotel room amenities, products and solutions to hotel clients. The role involves daily outreach to hotels, arranging meetings, and supporting the senior sales team on projects and tenders.

Key responsibilities

• Make at least 10 cold calls per day to hotels to introduce GH Group’s offerings.
• Arrange meetings and on‑site visits with key hotel contacts and maintain regular communication.
• Prepare product presentations, basic quotations and follow up on inquiries.
• Collect client requirements, BOQ details and feedback, and assist with product sampling and mock‑up coordination.
• Support senior sales team in projects, tenders and update daily sales activities and pipeline reports.
• Coordinate deliveries and basic after‑sales support.
• Maintain professional image of GH Group in the market.
• Follow internal procedures for quotations and orders (3/7/10 days).
• Ensure accurate communication of product specifications and understand client needs.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or Hospitality.
• 1–2 years of experience in housekeeping or sales within the hotel industry.
• Strong motivation, willingness to develop and learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with English proficiency (Chinese a plus).
• Ability to work independently and meet daily sales targets.
• Positive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration.
